Anyhoo, today I wanted to talk about my Heart Rate Monitor. The Polar FT60

This awesome little gadget keeps me on task with my exercising. It designs a weekly custom training schedule based on your goals taking into account your age, weight, height and cardiovascular health.
First day and I cheated. 4 beers and a bite of a veggie burger. Let’s say 600 calories.
Very primitive tuna sandwich (open face) 230 calories
Leftover Grilled Chicken Breast 200 calories.
Unfortunately my first meal of the day from one of my favorite chicken spots in Chicago Chicken Run on Milwaukee Ave.

Here we go… Day one.
Goal: I am planning on jogging for 30 min and only consuming 1800 calories as a starting point.

Nice to meet you. Welcome to my blog. This page is pretty self explanatory, I have challenged myself to loose 10 lbs in 1 month and feel that if I have to publicly document my experience it will guilt me into staying on track.
